Well, they did mention blowing up the toilets and drinking the water from it after all...
Gotta love the bizarre ways of regaining your health in video games.
Duke Nukem = MedKits & shit water
Manhunt = Painkillers
Warriors = drugs
Gun = whiskey
GTA = hookers & big, red crosses.
