It is common knowledge that in California, there are no hymens on female babies. Once a female is at her peak "chewing" age (roughly 13 or so), she places her used bubble gum up in her vagina and proceeds to perform kiegel exercises which makes her vagina blow bubbles. Once an adequate bubble is blown, it covers the the vaginal orifice with a neon pink or purple "hymen" type structure.

Therefore, it becomes the "California Hymen."
