Well I don't think they can do anything to you. I mean think about it, I could just send one of my many many enemies some obviously suspicious mail filled will all kinds of interesting illegal things. Come on I would be able to get anyone arrested at any time. (ie i don't think they can arrest you - well with out raiding and finding other things first)
