MLE is pretty right on. Printer paper, penciled out then inked then colored pencil with a bit of Red Sharpie, and the background was done using Paintshop Pro of all things. lol! I use Photoshop but I honestly I love working traditional art supplies. I just like feeling the pencils and pens in my hands, plus I like all the little procedures. I feel industrious because of it versus clowning around with my mouse or Wacom pad.
