ROTK should win special effects and art direction too if they have an award for it
Matrix 3 was totally uneventful for me. Nothing striking. And yeah, at lot of it was too fake looking.
Not saying T3 was good. I'd have to see POTC again, Depp's handsomeness is far too distracting to notice any special effects
