I've never bothered with watching Flying Circus, but this is not even close to the same format as SNL. Mr. Show always links up all their skits, while SNL is just a bunch of random mind-farts put together as a compilation of skits.

Yes!, i love mr. show. And season 4 is one of the best if not "the" best season.
