Basically what it is is a ROM site where you have to post on a forum to get points to download roms. Sort of like getting Virtual Console points on the Wii, except you aren't paying money for it, and it's about a million times as hilarious because this is the absolute most retarded forum in history. Honestly, if lenor joined this forum, she would be among the most intelligent people there.
