Any origanel Wii control ideas?

I was thinking of a few.

Katamari Damaci, obviously nothing but tilt based gameplay, seems the perfect fit for wii or PS3.

Jet Grind Wii. Steer and jump with your left hand, the wiimote is the spray can. Tracing the graffiti seems much more fun then making awkward analogue movements.

1080 one handed. Tilt the Wii mote to control direction, press the dpad left or right spins, up or down for grabs, tilt down to crouch, flick upwards to jump. Would feel very close to real boarding on a smaller scale.

Mike Tyson's non earbiting sim. One wiimote in each hand, crouch in front of your TV and play PUNCHOUT as it was intended....except no power glove.
