Problems with the touch screen

Okay so my DS is deciding to fuck with me. My touch screen is beginning to switch shit up a bit for me. Like if I put a dot on the right it goes an inch to the left of where I want it to be. Vice versa for the left. I poke the top and it goes down an inch of where I want it to be and vice versa for the bottom. Calibrating isnt working for it either and it usually takes FOREVER for callibration to be over. Any help would be appreciated and if theres a place for me to fix this Id like to know. Srsly this sucks monkey balls.
