recently a couple of us mockers (sam, rongi, and I) have been playing lots and lots of mame games to include but not exclude battletoads, simpsons, and marvel vs. capcom.

We should like totally have like MvC or other game tournaments or group action games or something

its fun!

That would be impressive if you were playing on a Nintendo. But on an arcade emulator with unlimited lives, it's nothing special.

I played a ton of games today, I couldn't play against Sam though. Sam's computer is too fast for me

I could never figure out how to work MAME. :inept

It's criminally easy to use. All you have to do is download the zip file and save it in the "roms" folder that the program comes with. SNK fighters are different, so when i get those set up, i'll let you know. But you don't need to extract the files or anything, you just leave them zipped. I'll be on later tonight, too, when you wanna set up a game.

Yeah I was ust confused on the multiplayer aspect because I haven't used it yet.

You need to use MAME32X. It has an option under File that says "Play Network Game," and the rest is all visual.
