He's refering speciffically to Donald Rumsfled, calling him a policy wonk and calling his Iraq stratgey a Brain Fart.

Actually, although there are splinter groups creating havoc amidst the reconstruction, polls in favor of the effort towards reorganization (and those performing it) are up throughout the general population of Iraq.

I just happened to catch a local news segment on how the swearing on tv has increased dramatically. next thing you know we have a high ranked general saying wonk and fart on live television.

Early in the war, I was watching some CNN coverage (I think they were covering the 1st Inf Div) when, after an artillery shot, you could hear, as clearly as a bell, "Damn, nice fucking shot, sergeant!" I laughed my ass off. I think because it was early in the morning (It was just before I went to work) that they didn't really catch it for editing yet. < shrug >
