And don't say Chapelle's Show. It's not good enough.
For the longest time, whenever a great sketch comedy show stops, a new one starts; Kids in the Hall stopped in 1994, but the State started. The State stopped in 1995, but then Mr. Show started. Mr. Show stopped in 1998, but then Upright Citizens Brigade started. When that stopped, TV Funhouse was the closest we had to a "great" sketch comedy show.
I did a quick search for sketch comedy currently running, and we have Blue Collar TV, Chappelle's Show (some sketches are brilliant, but mostly I really don't like this show; I plan to make my own best-of compilation), Mad TV, and Saturday Night Live. The only reason I haven't noticed the lack of good sketch comedy on TV because I've been so focused on OLD good sketch comedy on DVD.
