Where do you find all the rom hacks you review? The only rom hacks I can find have no humor to them. They are all remakes of metroid or final fantasy. :/

A lot of people send us rom hacks to review and then I distribute them to the people who review rom hacks for I-Mockery (besides myself). We also find them on various rom sites...

But yeah, most rom hacks aren't really funny... but making a mockery of them usually is. At least I hope so o.O

Do you allow people to submit romhack reviews to be put on the site, or is it a job for the staffies?

It's just a job for staffers. But you're welcome to pester Rog with your own stupid shit (like I will be doing). Just keep in mind that the chances of it being put up are slim-to-none.

The only things that are pretty much guaranteed to be put on I-Mockery are write-ups for any of our 3 main review sites:

I-Mockery's Classic Game Reviews
I-Mockery's Music Reviews
I-Mockery's Movie Reviews

You have to be pretty fuckin bad to have one of your reviews rejected from those sites cuz we let just about everything get through... and there's some REALLY horrible reviews on 'em, believe me. So by all means feel free to submit reviews there.

I recommend anybody who wants to try their luck at writing other stuff for I-Mockery in the future start on one of those 3 sites. If nothing else, it's good practice for writing. And being the extremely picky bastard I am about what goes up on the rest of the site (visionary darkness, minimocks, rom hacks, etc) it's not very often that a non-staffer gets their submission accepted.

Hope this clears up any questions any of you might have in regards to writing for the site...
