The problem continues!

So I took mattjack's advice and approached my neighbor about the problem. She didn't take well to it! After approaching her in the suggested fashion, she continued to tell me that she "pays rent" here, works here, and has a right to park in the driveway just like me (even though I informed her that the parking space was assigned to us). She also said that I'm passive aggressive, and asked me politely to not "Have a cow, man." She also told everyone about our conversation and totally humiliated me in front of others!

What do I do now? how do I go about starting a gang/intimidating someone like that? I mean, she told me not to have a cow, man! How do I face this? Can you guys solve my simple problems for me?

And Douche Boogie could you please not lock/delete this thread -- you killjoy. I have a very serious problem here that can't be resolved by one reply indicating that I should exercise my common sense in order to solve my own problems.
