tommorow. will be working the first class up and back from the big apple.

i will have about an hour layover at Penn Station, any suggestions of fun things to do near there that will kill an hour or so?

If you only have an hour you wont have alot of time to see or do anything really cool (Unless you find things like "Rolling a drunk bum" Cool)

There are ALOT of things to do in NYC- Check out Central PArk, The Gugenheim, Grand Central Station, Shoppin in Manhatten, Times Square... Rockeflla center... All types of shit.. Just make sure you bring you're pocket book, cause no matter what it's gonna be EXPENSIVE as hell

There's a good Irish restaurant called Tir na Nog, practically across the street from Penn Station. It's where some of us Mocker folk had dinner when we first met last year. I can't remember exactly what else was right there..... a bunch of mom & pop type stores selling lots of tourist crap, some bums, and an overpriced deli.

There's also a good news stand a few blocks north, right by 42nd St, that carries Black Tail and some other good porn. Or so I've heard.

sspad, i will be doing a trip to chicago soon as well (prolly early next week) with a forced one day layover. i dont know if you are still close to chi town, but we could have hot sex in my hotel room if we could align our planets.

You could always walk around near the station and hand out cigarettes to anybody who asks, buy hot dogs from a stand thats smells like burning, and then miss your train.

i was thinking about how much i missed talking to you via work emails, and your hot ass.

whatever you do, don't visit art galleries.... ew. I found the Gugenheim to be very well built. Unfortunately, the inside is boring as hell, and I don't even want to start thinking about how much it cost to fill it up with mostly crap.

Time Square is really neat.

I think that Jixby's "see CATS" recommendation was supposed to point out that actually seeing CATS is a tourist cliche and, in effect, was actually a recommendation to NOT see CAT in the finest Mockery style and tradition.
