When I had my wisdom teeth removed I got 15 pain pills and they were gone in 4 days. When the weekend came I had two dry sockets (when the blood doesn't clot right-or something like that) needless to say it was VERY painful and I was screwed untill Monday.
So yeah, don't take them all before you are healed.
