Now when you pick the rom, it will ask you to vote and show 2 buttons. It's a stupid thing but you must do it or else the files do not work, follow the directions and then download it.
I don't know if it's different for MAME roms than it is for NES roms, but I'm pretty sure you don't need to vote - just choose to download the zip file to your computer instead of opening it from location.
