Beyond how (I hope intentionally) ridiculous the end of your post is, you (if you're serious, and I'm not sure how you could be) don't seem to understand that HIV is one of the most containable diseases imaginable. The problem isn't the people infected, it's the governments that refuse to fund education programs and religious groups that denounce the use of condoms.
