We keep hearing about those CIA-flights on the news all the time.
They appear out of nowhere, grab some unexpecting bloke in the middle of nowhere, put shackles and a diaper on him, sedates him and then off they go to some third world torture chamber.
At least they get to see the world, them CIA-agents.
