Don't you mean Socialist (which is kind of an understatement in China's case).
nationalist china is the country that remained after the communist revolution still led by the chinese king. It is now known as Taiwan and is recognized only as a chinese territory despite their independence. Communist China is immediatley recognized as a legit country befor it really was legit.
