I've decided that Chimp's will probably be the last Malevolent Seal of Approval™ given for smacking Vince around. Intentionally or (most likely) unintentionally, Vince is self-mocking and I'll only recognize someone for shooting a fish in a barrel if it's with a nuclear missile.
