Stupid things we do....

Ok so yesterday in the early evening I found myself locked out of my house , as I'd forgotten to take my keys out with me.....

"Hahaha THAT is a stupid thing to do...."

slow down people , thats not the half of it . Me being the gung-ho , impetuous and rash young man that I am , decided that instead of calling a locksmith I could simply kick the door through , as only the Yale lock was on...

"hahaha Stupid !"

no , no , this is only the beggining , so anyways I gave the lock a few kicks , just to test where exactly I should plant my foot , and figured up kicking just below the lock , so I take a step forward a deliver a kick powerful enough to kick through all but the most re-inforced of doors...

Anyway I missed the lock , my foot go's straight through the security glass (glass with wire through to strengthen it) that make's up the upper half of my door. My leg comes flying outa that hole the same speed it went in, and I feel a dull ache just above my ankle , and when my foot touch's the ground and I put weight on it ....
OMG I nearly fell over , so I take a look and theres a huge slice in my leg , so I hop in my house (which is now accessable being i can reach through the glass and open the lock) call for an ambulence and spend the next 4 hours waiting to get sewn up. Im now limping around like a cripple and instead of paying for a locksmith , I have to pay for a glazier .

ok its alright to call me stupid now........
