mockery has gone down the shitter

Holy shit.

I started reading the articles on this site a year ago and they kicked ass. I even said the creator was a comic genius.

Now I can barely log into this site because of the ads and 1/4 of the front page is banners. I would not mind if the content kicked ass but it has gone way down hill.

What happened to this site? Has mockery become a sell out? What have you done to him.

And don't say "hosting costs". Maddox.xmission.com gets over 1 million hits a month and doesn't have a single banner or donation link. I run an high-bandwidth online store and it costs less than $20 a month for hosting.
