Just say "hey can i get your number? there is a really (concert, club shindig, party) going on (whenever)... I would love to take you to it, I think you would really enjoy it".
Of course, I always get the crap from guys where they try to talk to you for a really long time and then get your number. It gets old once you realized that all guys are doing the same lines to get yo digits.
