or WalMart apparently thought I was. I was in the store yesterday looking for stuff, and my keys got kinda tangled up so I took them outta my pocket and fixed them. Then I walked around the store and when I walked out some walmart employee in plain clothes came up to me and accussed me of stealing a 99 cent key.
Me and my friend found it hilarious, but then we decided to give walmart shit about it, because the guy obvously had no proof. So I called in talked to the dumbass ass. manager, who basically lied to me and told me it was probaly a customer, and when I asked to speak to a "normal manager" he acted like I was stupid. Hello dipshit, the store manager, he claimed that he wasnt there, but when I called back 5 min later to get some names, I actually spoke to the manager. I explained it all and was telling him if I was dressed in a business suit or something that kid never would have dreamt of accussing me of such a crime instead since I am in some shitty t-shirt I must ahve done it, basically sided with me, thought it was stupid to even try to accuse anyone of stealing a 99 cent key and said he would check everything out. 15 min later he called back and said he would give me a 25 dollar gift certificate. He also said that the dumbass who jumped to conclusions would probaly be fired.
I am so amazed I expected an apology alone, that would have probaly satisfied me, but the GC was very nice. That manager is fucking awesome. I feel like such a jerk for making a big deal over it and probaly making someone lose their job, but then again I kinda feel I shouldnt let people get away with that shit. I used the GC to help pay for a ps2 too
oh well. that was a long and uninteresting story.
