ps2 modchip

I am considering getting a ps2 modchip. I dont know if anyone knows about them at all here but any information about installations or chip reccommendations is apprecitated.

I have the new v9 ps2.

I am just a bit worried if I can do the soldering easily myself I am ok at soldering but some of those points look pretty small
