AND Not only have there been massive anti-Bush protests in London including the toppling of a comedy Bush statue, but on the same day Al-Qaeda decide to blow up the British Consulate in Istanbul.
So yeah, getting back from a short trip to Berlin on Thursday and arriving at the airport in the early hours, I figure I must have missed the bombings and been asleep on the bus with less than an hour to spare. And knowing just how much we love those terrorists, no doubt heightened Airport security including excessive and unnecessary anal probes and lengthy background checks at gunpoint would have been the order of the day.
Oh well. I'm going to go and visit The Houses of Parliament before it gets blown up as well.
