I'm not saying it isn't accurate. It isn't funny. Political cartoons ought to make a point in a humorous way, not just by stating something. It's like friggin' Mallard Filmore. It's a drawing making a statement. It's as if having a cartoon next to the words automatically makes it funny.

Here's political cartoon I like.


If it were written by your guy, it would feature a man watching a television saying
"With all the Important things going on in the world, the media spends it's time covering Michael Jackson!"
