This is the Hello World Project. It is so fucking cool. You send them a short message, and it's projected onto some fog or mist or something with green lasers. The only problem is that they screen the messages.
Wouldn't it be really fucking cool if you could say something like "For a good time, call 555-555-4567." Okay, not that phone number, but the phone number of someone you don't like.
My message was "Bush ist der Fuhrer" to the projector in New York. I doubt it'll get posted there.
EDIT: I can't make out the words in the Rio de Janiero webcam, and the New York webcam isn't working.
