we reviewed them when we moved in and he tried to charge us for the gas in this place. i was like, ummmmmmmmmmmm, NO WAY JOSE.

same with the water bill. i'm not paying to heat this whole house if i don't own it and there's no way to tell how much gas we use and how much gas the downstairs unit uses unless the line is split.
