That being said, women won't ever date you just because you are a "nice guy." Personality is crucial, but it's more confidence/self-esteem based. Women are attracted to men who believe in themselves and are "with it," so to speak. That's why money and success are aphrodisiacs--because they signal a competent, successful man.

Bingo. Looks only matter to the point that the guy has to be neat and well-groomed and -dressed (unless he's REALLY ugly). Women are attracted to attitude.
