I have the perfect solution. when I can't sleep, I go read The Name of the Rose. it's a difficult book, but, just about any book with small letters will do, then go read, and try to keep reading for as long as possible, you'd get more tired every second, and when you put it down after a while of sleeping, you're gonna fall asleep. it works (I hope)
