So which bosses that you fought kick your ass the most and generally piss you off?

For me, it's:

The Biolizard from Sonic Adventure 2 (I HATE HIS FIRST FORM!)

The final boss from Doom 2

and that's about what I can think of at the top of my head at the moment.
