I feel that it's worth pointing out that "privacy" doesn't have much of a leg to stand on anymore. there is no right to privacy guaranteed to us by the Constitution; it is only through the will of the Supreme Court that we enjoy such a thing. aside from the recent ruling on sodomy, the SC has been conspicuously silent about the executive encroaching upon their turf.
