I think they did pick up Reno 911 for season 2. It was very succesful, it got fantastic ratings.
SWC Season 3 hasn't *officially* been announced, but they are planning on releasing it. They made an unoffial statement about future series the plan to release, and it included South Park season 4 (which is coming out in june), That's My Bush, Reno 911 Season 1, and some other things i forget.
Give UCB some time, I'm pretty sure they'll release it.
