Well if I can't find a pixel artist to volunteer to help out with the creation of the initial building structure and the templates, I can always use some sprites from a video game. The skyscraper from the beginning of Megaman 2 comes to mind:
Still, I don't think the layout of this particular building would cater well to what we'd want to do. So if there are any pixel artists who'd like to volunteer, or if you know one that you think would help out, please let me know.
