Since you know about the law I would like to ask this hypothetical question:

Say someone is arrested for possession of heroin based off of an anonymous tip and the heroin is found by the police. Approximately how soon after this arrest does a trial occur? Also, how many witnesses are necessary to successfully convict the suspect if the heroin has been found in his/her residence?
