Whatever happened to this show?

A while back, there was supposed to be a new Comedy Central show about some woman. I can't remember too many details, but I remember one of the ads for it being her waking up next to a homeless man, and talking on the phone to a friend about what a great guy he is.

It was gonna premiere, but then it just completely vanished before making it to TV. Anyone know the details, or the show I'm talking about?
