Gayest villians
I'm suprised no one put down The Prince of Roses from Silent Scope EX. think about it, he has lipstick, a clear top shirt, and his missle activation code is a song from his piano. the 2nd gayest would be the boss b4 Prince. hell, in the consol versons after you complete it under certain conditions, you see Prince and his underling kiss... thank god i put a bullet through his head at the end.
