What it means it that your cells ultimately have a limited amount of times they can replicate before they start to degenerate and reproduce poorly no matter whether you have a dilibilitating disease or not. In short, death is inevitable. Pessimistic but truthful, it depends on what you do with the information. If you take the information in stride and decide that your're going to do your best in a limited amount of time and be good to people, then it's not so bad. It's those procrastinating Christians that think that they have time in the afterlife to make up for their lazy\iness and misdoings that really stick in my craw.
