She's still going to be puppy-dogging you. Although I feel you think that she is nice (whatever that means), I sense that you really don't respect her (Re: communism is "cute"). She seems to want a relationship and will forgive you, if she is even aware of, what she considers your foibles. My question to you is, "What are YOU getting out of this relationship ... and don't give me this "friends" business." I hate to sound masogynistic, but guys are generally in it for the seks.
