I am tired because I have no slept in a while

Hello everybody. In lieu of the recent surge of threads on this forum dealing with a member talking about a minute detail of his or her life, I present you with the thread in which I tell you that I am tired. I do not wish to be left out of the loop, and I think it is time I start becoming friends with all of you, so I am mimicing your behavior.

Can you recommend for me any way to wake up better?
