Holy God. It's... beautiful.
I sometimes really wish we celebrated Halloween here, since the one time I got a chance to go all-out and make my own costume, I had a shitload of fun. It was the pre-final-exams party at high school, kind of like a prom, only far less tradition-bound and more like a regular school dance. People could show up in costume or just wear a suit or dress, and surprise surprise, very few people came in costume and the ones that did had cheap stuff like Hawaian shirt > Ace Ventura or sunglasses > Matrix. That almost sucked, but because I was one of a few people who'd gone all out for a costume, everybody thought I was awesome. Btw, I was the guy from Crow (It can't always rain
). Some people thought I was a member of Kiss.
I'd like to make a costume based on a bad guy from X-men simply called George, who was barely used in the comics, but made a few showings in the cartoon. He was decked out in purple, with yellow eyes, and made of tarlike mud.
