i sang "the wind beneath my wings" at this guy's funeral one time. it was out at the cemetery. under a tent. and i sang it a capella. and when i got to the first chorus, the sun broke through the cloudy sky in streams. the guy had died of aids and asked his mom to get me to sing at his funeral. but i never even met him.
