As a result of all the sluggishness and downtime the board has experienced lately, I called up tech supoprt on the phone and they're supposedly going to be looking into the issue. This may involve testing things on the server 'n what not, so there might be some potential downtime for the board today/tomorrow. Then again, we're used to that anyway.
