Phantom of the Opera: FUCKING WOW!

Now, many of you may not appreciate musicals, but from the moment I was able to know what music was, Phantom was played for me, and I just saw the film rendition. Pure, unadulterated amazement. From the word go (or more appropriately, the word "gentlemen"), this movie does it's stage counterpart the utmost justice with faithful musical numbers, amazing cinematography, and well-cast characters.

For those of you who do not like musicals, there is a swordfight and a cymbal monkey musicbox to keep you entertained. And fire. You guys like shiny things, right?
