I like it too, but to me the room does seem a little off perspective or on different planes as well.
The shading is really good though considering the limited palette.
JIN* also tried pixel art, well video game sprites anyway.
Here is a few Sprites I did for a game my friend made for some computers class.
At the time i was extremely into Wolfenstein and decided to make them all based on a nazi theme (With a camo by Psycho Mantis
)
The game had no animation and only one frame for each direction so it was especially hard to come up with anything that looked animated in the game but i am pretty happy the way these turned out.
