Anyone know what movie this is?

I don't have alot of information on it but this should be enought. Some kind of tape gets out and cause people to become zombies when viewed and some teenager from the 80's tries to destroy all the tapes.. I thought it had the word tape in the title but am not sure. The only reason I bring it up is cause rog had to go and write about the video dead and that was the other video I saw along side with it.
