If I had a major food allergy, I would order that and try to kill myself. Of course, it probably wouldn't succeed, and they'd have to put me in a hospital afterwards, which would probably buy me a few months.
Then, of course, comes the mandatory psychological evaluation after a suicide attempt, and they'd rule that I was insane and therefore ineligible for execution.
