roommate problems.....

ok, so we have this roommate, whos not too good at paying rent. we have asked him to leave, but the dude just wont move out. we have another dude moving in, and now the new dude is sleeping in the living room till dirtbag roommate moves out. what the fuck do i do?

everytime we tell this guy "hey man, you gots to leave. we have someone else moving in who pays rent, so make sure your out by the end of the month". the guy just sits there with his head down like hes 16 and were his fucking mom and dad or something.....
